Orlistat prevents the enzyme lipase from breaking down fat in the intestines. This means that some of the fat you eat passes through your system undigested and is eliminated in your stool. This can help you lose weight by reducing your caloric intake.
How to use Orlistat
Add diet and exercise

Take around mealtime

Who can take it?
