Who Can Benefit from Our Respiratory Clinic?
Our Respiratory Clinic is designed for people living with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Asthma is a long-term condition that causes inflammation of the airways. Symptoms can vary but commonly include wheezing, coughing, chest tightness and shortness of breath.
COPD is a progressive lung disease, including conditions such as emphysema and chronic bronchitis. It is typically characterised by increasing breathlessness, a persistent cough with phlegm, frequent chest infections and ongoing wheezing.
